At home_254, we create products that make you feel patriotic in an elegant way, relate better and feel like you belong. Whether you’re wearing our apparels locally or internationally, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your home254.co.ke purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 3 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.
*Because custom and personalized mihome_254 products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

RETURN IN STORE
You may return your new and unused home254.co.ke purchase at our pickup location within 3 days of purchase. The original form of payment and confirmation email/M-PESA payment message, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required for us to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, an in store credit will be issued at the current product price.
If you are the recipient of a gift from our website and want to return it, please set up a Return Authorization request for an home_254 gift card with our consumer relations.
Need to make a change? You may exchange your product within 3 days using our free exchange option,but if its more than 3 days you will have to re-order the item you want replaced.
We will process your return within 1-3* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email/Text Message from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your M-Pesa. We do not refund shipping charges.
PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM
If you believe you have a defective home_254 product that was purchased from us, please contact us. You may be eligible for a production inspection.
Please have product in hand when you contact the team. The team will need you to read the article number printed on the product to determine authenticity & eligibility for your inspection.
Unfortunately, APPARELS not accompanied by the original receipt are not eligible for replacement.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference. Once your return has been processed.
